Services/Web & mobile applications

02 / Web & mobile applications

Web and mobile apps built around the people using them.

Customer-facing and internal applications, designed around real users and engineered as part of a larger system.

The assignment

Useful products start with a clear job to do. We work from the customer journey into the interface, then connect the experience to the data and logic that make it work.

User journey → Clickable prototype → Working product → Iteration plan
01

Product definition

Key use cases, user journeys, priorities, and a release plan focused on the smallest useful version.

02

UX & interface design

Flows, prototypes, interface systems, and the states that matter: first use, empty screens, errors, and recovery.

03

Product engineering

Responsive web applications, mobile experiences, APIs, and the data structures behind them.

04

Validation & evolution

Test important workflows, observe where people struggle, and use those findings to shape the next iteration.

A little more context

Before we
get started.

Can you start with a prototype?

Yes. A prototype is useful when the key uncertainty is how a product should work or whether the experience makes sense before a larger build.

What is the difference between a prototype and a live product?

A prototype demonstrates the intended experience. A beta is being tested with a limited audience. A live product serves its intended users. Our case studies identify the current stage.
